Barre class is a high-energy workout that builds muscle and burns fat. Suitable for all levels, this class combines the stretching and muscle toning movements of Pilates and yoga with the strengthening and sculpting principles of ballet, in addition to a cardio workout.
   
Participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.

Wednesdays
9:30 - 10:30 a.m.

Fee: Classes are ongoing and may be started at any time. Punch cards may be purchased for $130 per ten classes. Punch cards are good for four months.  Punch cards are good for any of the three classes offered each week. Students only pay for the classes they attend.

Drop-in fee for a single class: $16
