Yoga, a discipline that is thousands of years old, promotes balance, energy, flexibility, and relaxation. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, this Hatha Yoga class is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. The instructor teaches various options to insure a safe, successful practice for all participants.
Students should wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.

9:30 – 10:45 a.m.

Fee: Classes are ongoing and may be started at any time. Punch cards may be purchased for $130 per ten classes. Punch cards are good for four months.  Punch cards are good for any of the three classes offered each week. Students only pay for the classes they attend.

Drop-in fee for a single class: $16

Renee Lindquist is a certified yoga instructor and has taught yoga to a variety of age groups. She has a background in fitness instruction and health education.

 

 

Yoga/Fitness/Dance Workshop

for adults and teen ages 15+ Instructor Mackenzie Lewis
June 29th - July 3rd, 2015

This class is for students of all fitness levels and dance backgrounds who are interested in developing strength, balance, flexibility, and a foundation of dance training.  It provides a low-impact approach to fitness, combining dance technique, yoga, stretching, and strengthening.  Students are asked to wear comfortable athletic wear and tennis shoes, and to bring a yoga mat to class.
